How to GLOW UP in 30 days✨

1- Take your skincare regimen more seriously! Use a gentle cleanser and moisturize.

 

2-Try a facial mask find one that suits your skin care needs.

3-Wear a silk scarf to bed and use silk pillows (your hair and skin will thank you)

4-Add candles to your routine

5-Take your vitamins especially if your not getting your daily vitamin intake from foods and drinks

6-Exercise go for a walk hit up the gym step out of your comfort zone and try some yoga or pilates

7- Caffeine girlies : Aim for natural caffeine’s that have benefits and doesn’t cause your body to crash (try your best to stay away from adding sugar to your drink, try honey instead taste super good and you’ll get some benefits

8-Eat your fruit and veggies

      Replace your fast food with healthy foods and cook at home. Not only are you saving money (bc who doesn’t love saving some coins) but you will feel a lot better AND YOUR BODY WILL THANK U.

9-Put your phone down at 8pm - Stop scrolling
